Purpose: To get to know the candidates, their level of knowledge, areas of expertise, work experience, and place of residence; in order to determine if they are a viable candidate for a position within the company.

Personal data that will be requestedThe personal data that we may voluntarily collect from you, based on the existing employment relationship, includes: full name; copy of official photo identification (passport, voter ID, professional license); age; date of birth; copy of birth certificate; address; copy of proof of address (electricity, telephone, or property tax bills); copy of military service card (if applicable); marital status; nationality; copy of immigration document (if applicable); email address; home, work, and cell phone numbers; copy of Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC); copy of Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); social security number; educational certificates or proof of studies; certificates or proof of language proficiency; salary, earnings, and deductions; copy of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) registration, deregistration, or salary modification certificate; copy of the earnings statement from your last job; photographs; personal references; and emergency contact information. Information related to beneficiaries or economic dependents, which may include full name, date of birth and other identification data, such as copies of birth certificates of economic dependents; curriculum vitae; proof of previous employment; copy of mortgage loan certificates (INFONAVIT), letters of recommendation and/or any other documentation or information related to the employment relationship that exists between HSS and the employee.
The following sensitive personal data may also be collected and processed: current health status, allergies, and blood type.
Name and general information of at least two “contact” people, if necessary.
Purpose: To fulfill the obligations arising from the existing employment relationship, as well as for personnel administration; to create employee files; payroll payment and administration; payment of benefits, salaries and allowances, bonuses, reimbursements, pensions, insurance and others; contracting insurance; documenting and controlling the assignment of computer and communications assets; internal audits; creation of work email accounts; preparation of the company directory; assigning work tools; assigning usernames and passwords, ensuring compliance with confidentiality obligations and other employment obligations; verifying personal and work references; contacting family members, economic dependents and/or beneficiaries in case of emergency.

Personal data that will be requestedName, address, conventional address, tax address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Tax Update Certificates and billing data including bank account numbers.
Purpose: Register you as a supplier or customer and fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship between you and HSS; prepare orders, service requests, commercial evaluations, quotes and any pre-contractual activity; survey business management related to the products and services provided.

"In addition to the personal data you provide directly to us, High Speed Solutions SA de CV may collect images and/or sounds through video surveillance and/or audio recording systems located on our premises. This data may include, but is not limited to, physical characteristics, voice, behavior, and movements. The implementation of these systems is based on the Article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States (which establishes the right to privacy) and the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP)which allow the processing of personal data provided that the data subject is informed and the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability are met.
